Expert mechanic Iain Findlay started training with racelab in April of 2006. Since that time he has done about 8 triathlons including Ironman in April 2007, as well as a few 10k and half marathon running events. An avid cyclist that has done many century rides and many multi-day bike trips. Iain has also built and maintained bikes since he was in High School and has become passion for him ever since. With racelab, over time it became clear that there is a need for on site bicycle mechanical services. Iain will service bikes at the long ride training meeting points and will also pick up and drop off bikes at the training sessions so that there is no need to contend with the bike shop's schedule. Iain is very conscientious about safety and reliability.

Bike Function Check	$ 30.00
Includes minor adjustments to brakes and derailleurs; on bike chain cleaning; front chain ring and rear cassette on-bike wipe down

Level One Overhaul	$ 50.00
Includes all in Bike Function Check plus wheels off of bike for bearing adjustment, headset check, brake pad adjustment, off bike chain cleaning and lube.

Level Two Overhaul	$ 85.00
Includes all in Level One Overhaul plus rear cassette removal, disassembly and cleaning; front chain ring removal from crank arm and cleaned; cranks removed from bottom bracket for cleaning; brake and shifter cable examination, pedals cleaned, wheels trued and full frame and parts cleaning, front and rear derailleurs removed and pulley wheels cleaned then adjusted.
Note: integrated headsets and bottom brackets do not require disassembly and therefore will not be disassembled but will be adjusted if necessary.

Level Three Overhaul	$120.00
This is for older bikes that don't have integrated parts, sealed bearings etc. All of the Level Two Overhaul is included plus rebuilding of all loose bearing components. Bottom bracket, headset, front and rear wheel hubs. All disassembled cleaned and bearings repacked.

Notes:
In all cases a chain-wear tolerance measurement and a road test will be included
All parts requiring replacement will be done so at the additional cost of the part. Most parts will be purchased through Airpark Bikes / Fetish Cycles at a 30% discount.
Any additional parts installation will be done so at a labor rate of $30.00 per hour. I.E. Aerobars, water bottle cages, seat swaps, pedals, cassette swaps, wheel swaps,
