Logistics and final itinerary of the weekend will be finalized according to the fitness level, size and needs of the team. 

Trip costs, such as meals, transportation and lodging are not included in racelab's fees and are responsibility of each participant.

Each participant needs to make his / her own reservation at one of the mentioned hotels (see required nights). Reservations need to be made as soon as possible since the availability is very limited.

SOUTH RIM HOTELS:

Nights of Thursday May 17th & Saturday May 19th

Outside the park South Rim Lodge rooms are available.  This is the lodge Tim will be staying at.

South Rim Lodge rooms are available.  I recommend the Mazwick, it is centrally located and prices are reasonable.  Yavapi is the next choice. 

NORTH RIM HOTELS:

North Kaibab Lodge is 18 miles from the trailhead and currently has rooms available.

North Rim Lodge is only 2 miles from the trailhead but rooms have been booked for 6 months.  You may attempt to call on a daily basis to pick up a cancellation (call only).
