Are your children physically active?
· Are you concerned they are not getting enough exercise? · Are you frustrated by cuts made to physical education programs? · Do you find that your child isn't interested in organized sports because he or she is not "good enough"? · Do you have an athletic child who could benefit from some training in running? · Are you concerned that the fun has been taken out of exercise for your children? · Is your child overweight and in need of physical exercise? -------------------------------------------------------- racelab can help!! · Our program are based on fun. We don't stand on the sidelines and "coach", we work with the kids, creating a fun game-based approach to fitness. They learn about running and staying fit without even realizing it.
· Our programs focus on the good in athletics and sport. Through game and fun, we teach sportsmanship, teamwork, creative problem solving and much more.
· We encourage sport for wellness sake. It is not important that a child or adult excel in a sport for them to benefit from it. We teach our kids to value the improvement in themselves without unnecessary comparisons to others. --------------------------------------------------------
