GOAL PROGRAM

A great start!

Recommended for the beginner runner and walker for any distance. Great for first-time marathoners and individuals who want to start an exercise program, explore their running or walking ability, loose weight, meet people, or simply have fun!  Also ideal for athletes recovering or just maintaining a base training.

This program is designed considering your fitness level, athletic experience and goals. You'll receive the complete  training package from the moment you sign up till the race.  During this time you will participate at group training sessions, clinics, team events and receive ongoing form evaluation and analysis, as well as personal coaching and team support.

Non racelab members will receive team membership benefits for the duration of the training package.

PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Our most popular program!

Recommended for all levels of runners and walkers who would like to improve performance and/or  individuals who have a hectic work or family schedule and need a more customized program with personal training and coaching.  

It includes individualized  training schedule based on your goals, fitness and experience, progress rate, and time availability. The schedule is adjusted  taking into consideration your personal schedule and your individual response to training. Heart rate based training zones and race strategies, customized strength and stretching routines,  goal assessment, form evaluations, track sessions, personal coaching,  as well as a great team environment and support, make this program the perfect tool to help you reach your goal!

EXCEL PROGRAM

The most advanced training and coaching program !

A more scientific and individualized approach to help you reach your peak performance. Recommended for the more serious athlete who is determined to reach the highest athletic potential.

Customized schedule, nutrition guidance, strength and stretching programs, form analysis, ongoing goal assessment, as well as training log revision and progress tracking, is included in this program. Heart rate based training and race strategies are determined through re-occurring LT Lab Tests. 

The personal support and motivation from your coach and the team will get you to the highest level of athletic performance.

racelab TEAM MEMBERSHIP

be part of the best and most fun team!

Everybody can now be part of the racelab team!

This yearly membership offers you the wonderful team environment and support, entitles you to participate in racelab team events, as well as having access to racelab's network, athletes forum, clinics and important information on training, nutrition, health, fitness, etc.

Each team member will receive a card that entitles him /her to great benefits and discounts in retail stores and service providers, race entry fees and racelab's services and merchandise.

 

 

All athletes training with racelab require the team membership.

 Some special programs include the membership for the duration of that particular training period.

If you are not currently training, are injured or haven't decided what you want to train for, this membership allows you to be well informed, stay motivated and save money at the same time!
