Our experienced, fun and professional staff will be coaching different workouts throughout the whole weekend. Whether you are a Runner, Triathlete, Adventure Racer, Hiker, Beginner to Advanced, you will have plenty of great activities to choose from. Includes: Coached

- Trail Running - Various distances through beautiful
pine tree trails
- Mountain Biking - Coached by experienced Mountain Biking
/ Adventure
Racing coaches focusing on mastering technique and
skills
- Road Biking - Various paces / distances through safe
Northern Arizona roads.
- Hiking - Power hiking through the pine woods
guided by experienced coaches
- Core
Strength - Learn and practice exercise routines
that will help reducing injuries and improving your technique in all
disciplines
- Stretching for Endurance Athletes - Learn and practice stretching routines
that will help you master skills and reduce injuries.
- Informational Clinics - You will learn about diverse subjects
relevant to endurance sports training, including stretching, core
strength, altitude training, and ideal mental skills for training and
racing.
- Video Analysis - We will video while running and biking
to analyze your movements and for efficiency improvement opportunities.
Analysis will be done utilizing of the art movement analysis software
"Dartfish"
- Bike Pedal Stroke
- Running Stride
- Team Activities - Fun team activities with other
athletes that share your interest for endurance sports
- 2 Nights at Camp Facilities
