1- The Training Schedule
A personalized training schedule is designed specifically for each athlete utilizing the most advanced scientific approach. racelab generates a fully customized triathlon training schedule that is designed specifically for you and constantly adapts to your progress and needs. Your racelab coaches will track your progress, answering your questions in person and guiding you to improve your technique and efficiency..
The schedule gives you intensity instructions based on heart rate. Heart rate training minimizes under- and over- training. It is, without a doubt, the most effective and simplest way of training.

2- The Personal Coaching, Training Sessions and Informational Clinics
Rather than have you training with third party coaches, masters programs or sending you to bike store rides, racelab facilitates its own triathlon specific running, biking, swimming, and "brick" sessions that ensure that your training covers the requirements of the sport and matches the instructions given in your training schedule. racelab offers personal coaching and 6+ weekly hours of coached group training sessions. Experienced racelab coaches facilitate training sessions that teach the right techniques through one-on-one evaluation and practice drills. Video analysis and professional bike fitting and gear evaluation are offered in conjunction with active training progress. racelab's coaches monitor your training sessions and are always aware of where your improvement opportunities are taking this information into consideration when your training schedule is designed. Our coaches will track your progress and keep you motivated and informed.

3- The Team Environment

Though the focus on training is mostly on personal coaching, the training schedules and training sessions; racelab provides the positive social and team environment to support and motivate you during training.
