Ashley Robota - Triathlete
Ashley grew up playing in pretty much every sport (from badminton to soccer). She had heard about triathlon but didn't start until she found the Cycling and Triathlon Club during the latter part of her college years at ASU.
At the age of 20 she had run a marathon, loved to bike, thought she might as well throw swimming in there and call herself a triathlete!
After graduating from ASU, Ashley was introduced to Racelab through an ASU teammate. Since then she has completed 7 Ironman's with two top-5 podium finishes, qualified and raced 70.3 World Championships, qualified and raced Olympic Distance Age-Group Nationals, countless half-ironmans, olympic distance, and sprint triathlons. She is currently training for her 8th Ironman.
In addition, she very much enjoys getting dirty on her mountain bike and has completed two 12 hour duo races and her first solo 24 hour event in 2014!
"All of which wouldn't be possible without racelab!"
"Racelab has been so influential in my triathlon career and continues to advance me to the next level-- not only as an athlete but also as a person. The members, athletic improvements, team atmosphere, and superior coaching is what sets Racelab apart."
