As endurance athletes, it’s very easy for us to just focus on running, cycling, swimming and neglect a very important component of training: muscle coordination & strength training.
We all have unique weaknesses and imbalances in strength and flexibility which affect our muscle coordination and movement efficiency. By detecting and correcting these weaknesses and imbalances, the risk of injury will be reduced and performance will improve.
Your qualified & certified Racelab coach will do an assessment and put together a personalized plan of excercises that will address your individual needs.
