Our Triathlon programs give you all the tools, skills and information you need to help you achieve your triathlon goals. Whether you want to finish your first tri, need to work on your swim (or learn to swim!), want to get faster and go farther, start placing in your Age Group or PR on your Ironman, we make it happen with our attention to detail and quality training.

Triathlon Programs:

1- TRI – BASIC                                        $185.00 / 4 weeks

The TRI – Goal Program is our beginner Triathlon program! It’s a great option for athletes who are just starting out or want to maintain their fitness with some structure. It includes:

  • A Customized Training Schedule (Every 4 Weeks)

  • One-Time technique Assessment (Swim / Bike / Run)

  • Unlimited Contact with your Coach (email & phone)

  • Training Log Review - Every 4 weeks

  • Injury Prevention and Management Guidance

  • All TRI Coached Sessions (See Below)

  • Equipment & Apparel Selection and Maintenance Guidance

  • General Nutritional Guidance

  • Racelab Webinars on Various Pertinent topics

  • Racelab TEAM Membership

  • Team / Social Events

2 - TRI PERFORMANCE                     $295.00 / 4 weeks

A more comprehensive and targeted training program for intermediate and advanced triathletes. If you have a time or goal and want to reach the next level of your training, then this is the program for you! It consists of TRI BASIC +

  • Heart rate based, fully customized Training Schedule (Every 4 weeks - based on your Test results)

  • Training Log Review - Weekly

  • Schedule adjustments (as needed)

  • Race Readiness and Strategies (Heart Rate Based)

  • Initial Technique Assessment (Swim / Bike / Run)

  • Monthly Face-to-Face meeting with Coach

  • Ongoing Goal Assessment

3- TRI EXCEL                                            $395.00 / 4 weeks

An option for those athletes who have a very specific/high goal in mind and want to focus on additional factors to improve their performance. It includes TRI PERFORMANCE +

  • Injury Prevention and Management Guidance

  • Workout / Garmin Reviews/ Analysis

  • Weekly Face-to-Face Meeting with Coach

  • Ongoing Goal Assessment

  • Nutritional Strategies for Training and Racing

4- TRI PRO                                                 $520.00 / 4 weeks

This program focuses on optimizing goal race performance of Professional, World Championship / Kona qualifiers. Olympic / Ironman Coach Bettina Warnholtz will personally focus on improving all aspects of athletic performance It includes TRI EXCEL +

  • VO2max Physiological Test Every 3 Months to Adjust Training Intensities and Nutrition Strategies

  • Race Readiness and Strategies (Test based)

  • Nutritional Strategies for Training and Racing (Test based)

  • 4 Individual Technique Optimizing Sessions / Month

TRI – COACHED SESSIONS                      $175.00 / 4 weeks

This program consists of all coached sessions. Our coached sessions differ from typical Group sessions in that there is always a coach present giving you direction and actively working on your technique, form and speed. They take place all over the valley at great locations, facilities, trails and routes. Come to as many as you wish and improve (per week)

  • 1+ Run Sessions (Track, Long Runs)

  • 2+ Swim Sessions (Open Water Swims - Seasonal)

  • 1+ Bike Sessions Supported by Sag Wagon

  • Racelab TEAM Membership

  • Racelab Webinars on Various Pertinent Topics

SWIM – Coached Sessions                     $120.00 / 4 weeks 

Racelab’s Coached Swimming sessions focus on form, speed and technique.  Our coaches will analyze your stroke and work with you to make it as efficient as possible. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned swimmer, we will challenge and push you. All levels of athletes benefit from these workouts.

  • All Swim Sessions (2+/week)

  • Open Water Swims (seasonal)

  • Racelab CLUB Membership​
